A JShop Server license, allowing you to use the system on a single web site, is priced at £200 (for approximate prices in other currencies please use xe.com). All our software is delivered electronically through the registered users area, which provides constant access to our installation files. After your order is processed you will be sent an email containing your user details for the registered users area.
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases of a JShop Server license. This gives you the peace of mind in knowing that should our software not prove suitable for your business in any way, you can simply contact us within 30 days of purchase confirming that our software was been removed from your systems and we'll process a refund for you straight away.
Support Included
90 days of our Tier One Support is available with each new JShop Server license, providing you will highly skilled and knowledgeable support right from day one. Tier One support provides you with quick, knowledgeable turn around to help get you up and running.

Free Software Updates
All licenses for JShop Server include free software updates for ever. This means that you are never in a position where you cannot keep your e-commerce store up to date with the latest features and enhancements we provide. Please note that this excludes development and beta versions, which are only available to those with a support contract.
Your Users Area
Once you have purchased a license you will be given an account for our registered users area where you can manage your license, order extra services, participate in feature voting, keep up to date with the latest news or access our reseller system to purchase further licenses at a discount.
Installation Service
Our Installation Manual takes you through the process of installing JShop Server on your web site. However, if you're uncomfortable doing this yourself, we do offer an installation service that can either be purchased at the same time as purchasing your license or at any time in the future through the registered users area. Our installation service provides a professional installation of the software, ready for you to start using.
Admin Rebranding
If you're a web designer and want to provide JShop Server to your customer, removing references to JShop Server in the administration system, then you can purchase our rebranding license addition that permits this. Of course, this doesn't apply to the rebranding of the shop itself, which you're free to do without this license. The rebranding addition can be purchased when purchasing your license.
