All new JShop Server licences come with 90 days of Tier One support which is our most comprehensive, and quickest, support package. After this period you may wish to continue with your support, or take out support when it is needed. All support is handled via. email as, in our experience, this leads to much quicker resolutions to problems.

We offer three different tiers of support, depending on your requirements, and these are available in several different lengths of time. This means that if you need support for an issue, you don't have to sign up for a lengthy period and can reduce your costs. If your license currently has a support package with us you can obtain support by emailing support@jshop.co.uk. Don't forget to include your registration code as this is required by our support system.

If you need to purchase a support package, this can be done from the Registered Users Area.

Access and votes on our feature voting system that allows you to help influence what features are developed in future releases of the software.

Access to development versions, release candidates and beta versions of new updates to JShop Server. Allowing you to test and use new features ahead of official release.

Regardless of which tier of support you have chosen the advice will be of the same calibre throughout and we value the feedback given by customers. We can provide help and advice on using the system, how to achieve specific business objectives with the software and general e-comemrce advice to help you get the most out of your e-commerce site.

For those without support, we do have an active forum available to all JShop Server registered users that is a valuable place to obtain advice from other users. Please note that we do not answer support questions on the forum and it is provided for user to user help and advice.

Support does not cover making bespoke coding changes to the PHP code for JShop Server, nor does it provide help in doing so. If changes to the PHP code are made, we cannot provide support on those areas of the system. Tailored solutions are available. Send enquiries to sales@jshop.co.uk
