What Support Is Available?
All licenses come with 90 days Tier 1 support. After that we have a choice of tiers for you to choose from should you wish to continue obtaining support from us.

Support

If you have a current support package with us, please email support@jshop.co.uk with your support requests. Please include your company name and registration code as support queries without this information may not receive a reply.

Support Upgrades

If you are an existing JShop Server license holder, please use the registered user area to submit orders for license upgrades (from a single license to a developer license) or to purchase one of our support packages. In addition you can use the registered user area to purchase re-branding options or to request an installation for your license.

Benefits Of Support

In addition to being able to contact us for comprehensive support on using JShop Server, there are some additional benefits given to those who have a current support contract. These benefits are subject to change, although we expect to add more benefits to those with support over time.

  • Access and votes to use on our feature voting system that allows you to help influence what features are developed in the future for JShop Server
  • Access to development versions, release candidates and beta versions of new updates to JShop Server allowing you to test and use new features ahead of official release.

Support Packages

We can only offer support to those customers with a currently valid support contract. All licenses receive 90 days Tier 1 support after which a number of support options are available. If you do not wish to take a support contract with us you are still free to use our forums for user-to-user support. Please note that we do not answer support questions on the forum.

Limitations of Support

Support does not cover making bespoke coding changes to the PHP code for JShop Server, nor does it provide help in doing so. In addition, if changes to the PHP code are made, we cannot provide support on those areas of the system.
