What Support Is Available?
All licenses come with 90 days Tier 1 support. After that we have a choice of tiers for you to choose from should you wish to continue obtaining support from us.

Support Packages

All new license purchases come with 90 days Tier 1 support. After this time we have three different support packages available, tailored to allow all users to be able to afford a level of support for their product. There are three different packages as outlined below. Registered users can upgrade their support level at any time through the user area and the packages are currently sold on a yearly basis. All users are entitled to free upgrades for the lifetime of the product, although we can only support the installation and use of those upgrades for those with current support coverage.

Tier 1 Support

1 business day email service, valid for one year

Single License Price: 120 GBP + VAT
Developer License Price: 360 GBP + VAT

Tier 2 Support

2 business day email service, valid for one year

Single License Price: 80 GBP + VAT
Developer License Price: 240 GBP + VAT

Tier 3 Support

3-4 business day email service, valid for one year

Single License Price: 50 GBP + VAT
Developer License Price: 150 GBP + VAT
